1. Discovery Session – “Start Smart”

Duration: 60 minutes

Format: Online or in-person

Focus: Initial assessment, goal-setting, and exploring challenges in ADHD, addiction, and co-occurring issues.

Fee: £100

Ideal for: Clients seeking a clear starting point and tailored recommendations.

Core Coaching Package – “Focused Progress”

Duration: 6 sessions (60 minutes each)

Format: Online or in-person

Focus: Structured coaching addressing ADHD symptom management, addiction recovery strategies, executive function support, and habit formation.

Extras: Email support between sessions, personalized action plans.

Fee: £600 (£100 per session)

Ideal for: Clients who want measurable short-term progress with ongoing guidance.

Short Term Sulotion Focus

Intensive Transformation Package – “Sustainable Change”

Duration: 12 sessions (60 minutes each)

Format: Online or in-person

Focus: Comprehensive coaching for ADHD, addiction, and related challenges. Includes skill-building, relapse prevention, emotional regulation strategies, and lifestyle optimization.

Extras: Email/WhatsApp support between sessions, personalized resource toolkit, progress tracking.

Fee: £1,200 (£100 per session)

Ideal for: Clients committed to deeper, long-term change and integration of strategies into daily life.

Cornetta Williams Walker

Cornetta Williams Walker is the Lead Clinical Director and CEO of  ADULT ADHD Coach, Counselling Reflections, and host of its international podcast. With over twenty years of clinical experience, she specialises in trauma, systemic family interventions, and addiction. As a neurodivergent practitioner, Cornetta integrates lived experience with advanced training to deepen her understanding of ADHD, dyslexia, and related challenges. Her work combines evidence-based practice with cultural competence and systemic insight, positioning her as a leader in the field of therapeutic interventions, clinical supervision, and service development.
